These products have passed the national automobile CCC (3C) mandatory safety certification.

Obtained certification from the Ministry of Transport in 2005 and in 2007. CQC16-491284-2018 Quality Management System ensures that each hose strictly complies with the requirements of GB16897-2010 and SAE J1401 standards. The rubber brake hose is one of the indispensable parts in the vehicle brake system. It connects the brake master cylinder and the brake, and plays an important role in transmitting hydraulic pressure, balancing braking force and damping. The rubber material makes the hose have good pressure resistance and wear resistance, and can withstand high pressure hydraulic system working environment.

What material is the best for the brake hose?

Rubber hoses are most likely to cause a weakening of braking pressure. Due to the considerable elasticity of rubber materials, when the brake pedal is pressed, the oil pressure suddenly increases, and the braking pressure is partially converted into the external expansion of the rubber oil pipe, which forces the inner diameter to increase. The pressure in the braking oil circuit decreases due to this change, resulting in a decrease in braking force, an increase in braking distance, and a longer braking time. There are indeed hidden dangers to the safety of automobiles, especially in the case of high-frequency and high-strength braking, where the defect of the rubber tube will become more apparent. The solution is to replace the rubber hose with a brake steel hose. The brake steel roar is made of Teflon material inside, which has higher performance than nylon material, and is wrapped in metal woven mesh leather outside, hence the name brake steel roar. The combination of this metal sheet and Teflon material limits the expansion of the pipe body, so that the braking force will not be lost due to expansion.
