It is not a standard inch size, but it is the spec used across a lot of Asian and European vehicle platforms. JUNZE Type E AC Hose in 11.5mm ID matches that requirement exactly. Same 4-layer construction — nylon barrier, synthetic rubber tube, textile reinforcement, heat/ozone resistant outer cover. Rated for 3.5MPa working pressure with minimum burst pressure of 18.0MPa (A series). Operating temperature from -40°C to +135°C. Compatible with R134a, R404A, and R1234yf. We tested 30 samples from three production weeks for burst pressure. The lowest result was 19.2MPa, comfortably above the 18.0MPa minimum. Consistent braid tension is what makes that possible. We measure it at 10 points per meter during extrusion. It is a detail most hose suppliers do not talk about, but it directly affects your crimping consistency.
