SAE J2064 Bus AC High Pressure Hose from JUNZE is built to carry compressed refrigerant from the compressor to the condenser on city buses, shuttle buses, and coaches. The 4-layer construction — outer EPDM, PET reinforcement, middle EPDM, and inner PA nylon barrier — keeps permeation low and pressure handling consistent. Rated for 3.5MPa working pressure with minimum burst pressure of 15.0MPa. Operating temperature from -40°C to +135°C. We tested this against a standard passenger car AC hose in a 1,000-hour continuous pressure cycle at 3.5MPa and 120°C. The bus hose showed zero failures.
