Bus AC Hose Low Pressure Suction SAE J2064 for Bus Air Conditioning JUNZE

JUNZE Bus AC Low Pressure Hose is designed for the suction side, where the refrigerant gas travels back from the evaporator to the compressor. The larger diameter bore — typically 22.0mm or 28.5mm ID depending on system capacity — minimizes pressure drop over the long hose runs common in bus AC systems. That matters because every 0.1MPa of pressure drop on the suction side reduces compressor efficiency measurably. The 4-layer construction uses the same outer EPDM, PET reinforcement, middle EPDM, and inner PA nylon barrier as our high-pressure hose. Rated for 3.5MPa working pressure (A22 size) or 1.5MPa (A28.5 size), with minimum burst pressure of 15.0MPa and 12.0MPa respectively. Temperature range from -40°C to +135°C. Compatible with R134a and R1234yf.
