Buying bulk hose and crimping your own fittings works for some shops. For everyone else, JUNZE offers custom brake hose assemblies built to your specs. Choose your core material, braid type, length, fitting angles, and color — and it ships ready to bolt on.
Core options include PTFE (for high-temp applications) or Nylon 12 (for street use). Both are wrapped in stainless steel braid with a PU outer layer. Lengths from 400mm to 2400mm. Fitting angles from 0° straight to 90° banjo, in 28° and 45° options.
Each assembly is pressure-tested before shipping. Meets SAE J1401 and DOT FMVSS 106 standards. Ideal for motorcycle shops, race teams, and custom car builders who want professional results without the hassle of in-house assembly.Product Details

A custom brake hose assembly is more than just a cut length of hose with fittings. JUNZE uses a hydraulic crimping process that ensures consistent compression across the fitting, eliminating leak paths and weak points.
Each assembly includes a rubber stress relief boot at the fitting end, protecting the hose from vibration fatigue. Color options include red, black, blue, orange, silver, green, purple, yellow, and pink. Fittings are available in straight, 28°, 45°, and 90° banjo configurations.
