Product Information
The hose body is our standard SAE J1401 product — same production line, same quality checks. EPDM inner tube, dual-layer braid, ozone-resistant cover. Burst average 38.2MPa. Fittings machined from carbon steel, zinc-plated, 72-hour salt spray per ASTM B117.
The crimp spec is critical — we use a 4-die crimp controlled to ±0.1mm. Calibrated every 500 cycles.
Temperature range -40°C to +100°C. Compatible with DOT3/DOT4.
Practical tip: M10x1.0 and M10x1.25 look nearly identical. Use a thread pitch gauge — or send us a photo. We identify it in about 2 minutes. We do this every day.
