Front calipers get the attention, but a large share of vehicles on the road still stop their rear wheels through drum brakes and wheel cylinders. That rear position has its own routing, its own bracket spacing, and its own fitting pattern — it is not just a shorter copy of the front hose.
The JUNZE rear axle assembly is built for that position specifically. The hose is SAE J1401 fiber-braided construction, and the end fittings are matched to the wheel-cylinder connection the position calls for.
For the aftermarket, rear assemblies sell steadily — every brake job on a drum-brake vehicle opens the question, and most counters would rather fit a direct replacement than adapt a universal part.Product Details
Product Information
A rear drum-brake position works at lower thermal load than the front axle, but its routing is tighter — close to the axle beam, the handbrake cable, and the suspension travel. The wall geometry of this assembly is built to clear those brackets without modification.
Hose specs carry the standard catalog figures: burst from 80 MPa at the 3.2mm bore down to 50 MPa at 6.3mm, rated -48°C to +120°C.
Each assembly is marked with its position for clean warehouse picking. Send the OE numbers for your rear positions and we will cross-reference them against our catalogue.
