Salt air eats ordinary brake hose. The 304 braid most hoses use resists rust reasonably well, but coastal and marine duty pushes it. That is where a 316 stainless steel braid earns its keep.
316 adds molybdenum to the alloy, which gives it a real edge against chloride corrosion. For a boat trailer, a coastal delivery truck, or a harbor forklift, that difference shows up in the braid holding its strength and its appearance over years.
JUNZE builds this hose the same way as the rest of the range — PTFE inner tube, stainless steel braid, PU outer layer, SAE J1401 certified. The change is the alloy.Product Details

Product Information
The braid is the armor that takes the abuse. In salt environments, an inferior alloy pits, and a pitted braid loses strength where you cannot see it. 316 keeps its corrosion resistance through chloride exposure, so the line stays sound.
Temperature range and burst pressure match the standard PTFE hose. Working pressure 4,660 PSI, burst up to 14,000 PSI. The inner tube handles brake fluid, fuel, and oil without swelling.
Built for boat trailers, coastal fleets, and any application where salt and humidity are part of the job. Bulk or assembled, custom lengths and fittings. Contact JUNZE for corrosion-resistant brake hose.
