A motorcycle brake line has a harder life than its car equivalent. Shorter runs, tighter bends, constant vibration from the forks, and no margin for a soft lever.
The JUNZE motorcycle hydraulic brake hose assembly uses the 3.2mm bore that dominates bike hydraulics. Fiber braided, SAE J1401 construction, burst at 80 MPa minimum. Banjo ends cover the master cylinder and caliper points on most machines.
One honest note on scope: this assembly serves hydraulic systems. It is not an air-line product, and riders chasing zero expansion under track abuse should look at the PTFE braided line in our stainless range instead.Product Details
Product Information
Vibration fatigue is the failure mode that matters on a bike. The fiber braid flexes with the forks without work-hardening the way a stiff line does, and the rubber construction absorbs the small movements a rigid setup would transfer straight into the fittings.
At 3.2mm ID, expansion measures 0.25 ml/m at 6.9 MPa. For a system this small, that keeps lever travel honest from the first pull to the last.
Assemblies ship cut to your routing — stock lengths or one-off measurements, banjo angles matched to the caliper and master cylinder positions. Send the bike model or the old line and we will build to it.
