Made from high-grade nylon, this SAE J1402 compliant tubing weighs roughly 60% less than rubber hose of the same ID. That adds up when routing 20 meters of air line through a bus chassis. We tested this against rubber hose in a 500-hour salt spray chamber. The nylon tubing showed zero surface degradation. The rubber hose showed visible cracking at 300 hours. Available in multiple outer diameters with color-coded options — red, blue, and black — for easy identification. Flexible enough for tight spaces while maintaining dimensional stability under pressure.
