SAE J1402 Air Brake Hose from JUNZE is built for one job: moving compressed air through a bus pneumatic system. The 3/8 inch EPDM tube uses high-tensile textile braiding, and we pressure test every batch at 4.8MPa minimum. Not just a random sample — every batch. The outer cover resists oil, ozone, and weather. We ran a 300-hour oil immersion test at 70°C against three competitor hoses. The JUNZE cover showed 22% less swell than the next best. Operating from -40°C to +93°C. Full stop. That is the range. For fleet operators, the value is consistency. Wall thickness variation across our reels stays within 0.10mm.
