Most brake hose buyers do not shop by construction. They shop by OE number. A counter order reads front left, this chassis, this year — and the part has to bolt on without adaptation.
That is what the OE replacement line is built around. Assemblies made to direct-fit positions, front and rear, crimped with the end configurations each position calls for. The hose underneath is the same SAE J1401 fiber-braided tube we supply to assembly lines: -48 C to +120°C, burst from 80 MPa at the small bore.
Send the OE numbers you carry. We cross-reference against our catalogue and quote the positions we can cover.Product Details
Product Information
Direct fit means three things here. Length matched to the original routing. End fittings matched to the original thread and banjo type. And wall geometry that clears the original brackets without modification.
The construction underneath is standard JUNZE hydraulic hose — multi-strand fiber braid, rubber tube, ozone-resistant cover. Nothing exotic, which is the point: a replacement part should behave exactly like the part it replaces.
We mark each assembly with its position so warehouse picking stays clean. Minimums are set for aftermarket volume, not sample quantities. Send your fastest-moving OE numbers first and we will start the cross-reference there.
