Standard rubber brake hoses expand under heat, and that kills pedal feel. The JUNZE SAEJ1401-1 PTFE brake hose solves that problem. Its PTFE inner tube handles extreme temperatures from -65°C to 260°C, so even after repeated hard stops, the pedal stays firm and consistent.
The 304 stainless steel wire braid wraps the PTFE core tight, pushing burst pressure to 14,000 PSI while keeping expansion down to 0.05cc/ft. That is about one-tenth of what a standard rubber hose expands at the same pressure.
This brake line is built for vehicles that see track time, off-road use, or sustained high-speed driving. It meets SAE J1401 and DOT FMVSS 106 standards, so it is certified for road use. Available as bulk tubing or pre-assembled with your choice of banjo fittings.

Product Information
Three layers working together. The PTFE inner tube resists brake fluid, fuel, oil, and methanol — it will not swell or degrade over time. The 304 stainless steel braid adds the strength. The PU outer layer protects against abrasion, road debris, and ozone.
Each hose is tested to hold at 14,000 PSI burst pressure, with a working pressure of 4,660 PSI. That is a solid 3:1 safety margin. The 0.05cc/ft expansion rate means the hose will not balloon under hard braking, so every pedal input goes straight to the caliper.
