Product Information
Three layers working together. The PTFE inner tube resists brake fluid, fuel, oil, and methanol — it will not swell or degrade over time. The 304 stainless steel braid adds the strength. The PU outer layer protects against abrasion, road debris, and ozone.
Each hose is tested to hold at 14,000 PSI burst pressure, with a working pressure of 4,660 PSI. That is a solid 3:1 safety margin. The 0.05cc/ft expansion rate means the hose will not balloon under hard braking, so every pedal input goes straight to the caliper.
Available in multiple colors: silver, black, red, blue, green, orange, purple, and more. Custom lengths, fitting angles, and end types are available. Contact JUNZE for your OEM or custom brake line requirements.
