JUNZE 4.8mm Hydraulic Brake Hose moves more fluid through longer brake circuits. The 4.8mm bore delivers roughly 125% more cross-sectional area than a 3.2mm hose, which matters when you are pushing fluid to rear calipers on a long-wheelbase SUV. We use dual-layer synthetic fiber braiding here. Not because single layer would not hold pressure — it would — but because the second layer adds structural stability during crimping. Working pressure is 7MPa, burst pressure no less than 30MPa. Temperature range from -40°C to +100°C. Fittings are available in yellow zinc or olive green zinc plating, both salt spray tested to 72 hours minimum. One limitation: the larger ID means slightly more volumetric expansion under pressure compared to the 3.2mm version. If your application demands the firmest pedal feel, the 3.2mm hose or the low-expansion option would be a better fit.
