Product Information
Low expansion design with specialized reinforcement. Working pressure 10MPa, burst pressure over 40MPa. Exceeds standard SAE J1401 requirements. Less hose swelling means more pedal force reaches the caliper. Drivers experience a firmer brake pedal and shorter response time, especially during repeated or high-speed braking. EPDM tube compatible with DOT3, DOT4, and DOT5.1 fluids. Enhanced outer cover resists higher operating temperatures and mechanical wear. The temperature range is from -48°C to +120°C. Suitable for passenger cars and SUVs where braking feel matters. But here is the honest limitation: this hose costs more per meter than standard SAE J1401 hose. If your customer is price-sensitive and drives normal daily commutes, the standard hose will perform just fine. This product is for the segment where braking feel is a selling point.
Order a 5-meter sample and run your own expansion test against your current hose. We will provide the test procedure and a comparison data sheet.
